Shipping & Delivery

  • How much is shipping? We offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders within the United States.

  • How long will it take to receive my order? Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, you can expect your package to arrive within 1 to 8 business days.

  • Will I receive a tracking number? Yes! As soon as your order ships, we will send you an email with your tracking number so you can follow your package’s journey.

Returns & Refunds

  • What is your return policy? You may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of receipt. Please contact us at bligica2021@outlook.com to initiate a return.

  • What if my item arrives damaged? We are sorry if your order arrived in less than perfect condition! Please email us at bligica2021@outlook.com immediately with photos of the product, and we will make it right.

  • How soon will I receive my refund? Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund to your original payment method. The time it takes for the funds to appear depends on your bank or card issuer.
